Finding Relief from Hand and Elbow Conditions That Limit Motion
Living with hand or elbow pain or stiffness can make everyday tasks, from typing and cooking to sports and hobbies, difficult or uncomfortable. In this free community event, Dr. Christopher Gibbs, a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon with advanced training in the treatment of hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions, will discuss common sources of hand and elbow discomfort and the most effective ways to treat them.
He’ll explain how physicians evaluate hand and elbow pain, including what signs and symptoms they look for, how physical exams help pinpoint the source of discomfort, and when imaging or other tests may be useful. Dr. Gibbs will also review nonsurgical and minimally invasive treatment options as well as when more advanced procedures may be recommended, with a focus on strategies to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help you return to your daily activities.
This event is designed to give attendees practical guidance for lasting relief and improved function. After the presentation, there will be time to ask questions and speak directly with Dr. Gibbs.
