Taylor Richards, PA-C earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Valparaiso University and her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Valparaiso University. She is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with advanced training in orthopaedic care and surgical assistance.

Clinical Experience

Taylor has completed extensive clinical rotations across a wide range of specialties, including orthopaedics, internal medicine, general surgery, emergency medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, and behavioral medicine. Her training took place in both hospital and outpatient settings, where she gained hands-on experience in patient evaluation, procedural care, diagnostic imaging review, and treatment planning.

Professional Background

As an orthopaedic physician assistant, Taylor works closely with orthopaedic surgeons in both the operating room and clinical setting. She first assists in a broad range of procedures, including total hip and knee replacements, fracture care, ACL reconstruction, and arthroscopic shoulder and knee surgeries. Her clinical responsibilities also include joint aspirations, corticosteroid injections, post-operative rounding, wound care, and coordinating rehabilitation and follow-up care.
