Brian Blake, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in shoulder surgery and sports medicine, with a focus on minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery. His most commonly performed surgeries include shoulder and knee arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, shoulder stabilization, ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, as well as shoulder and knee replacements.
Dr. Blake is a Stark-County native and graduate of McKinley High School. When not seeing patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife Angela and their two boys, traveling, sports, and outdoor activities including snow skiing and running.
Education
Dr. Blake earned his medical degree with honors from The Ohio State University School of Medicine and his undergraduate degree from Miami University. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Toledo Medical Center and a fellowship in shoulder and sports medicine with Eugene Wolf, MD, and St. Mary’s Medical Center in San Francisco, CA.
