Ryan Ficco, MD is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon with a focus on treatment of traumatic and degenerative conditions of the extremities, hips, and pelvis.
Dr. Ficco, his wife Cheryl, and their sons Max and Luke live in Canton. Outside of orthopaedic surgery, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking and trail running.
Education
After completing undergraduate studies at John Carroll University, Dr. Ficco obtained his MD from The Ohio State University College of Medicine with honors. His orthopaedic training includes residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL and an orthopaedic trauma fellowship at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. He has extensive experience treating complex traumatic orthopaedic conditions with fracture repair and reconstruction. He is focused on the utilization of minimally invasive techniques and optimizing the use of technology for patients seeking total joint replacement.
