Dr. Thomas G. Cheslik is a skilled orthopaedic surgeon with advanced fellowship training in total joint replacement. After having published research in peer-reviewed medical journals and completing specialized fellowship training in Florida, he is returning home to Ohio to serve his community with OrthoUnited.

Education
He earned his medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2013 and then completed an orthopaedic surgery residency at Wright State University where he was honored to serve as the Administrative Chief Orthopaedic Resident.
Dr. Cheslik then continued his specialized training with an Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at the Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute before joining the team at OrthoUnited.
Published Work & Accomplishments
Dr. Cheslik contributed his research, “The Popularity of Outcome Measures Used in Shoulder Arthroplasty Literature.” for publication with The British Elbow and Shoulder Society in 2020 and “The Affordable Care Act: Long-Term Financial Impact on a Level I Trauma Center” published in the Journal of Surgical Research in 2019.
